Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using Fayo Social, including how connected social media accounts and scheduled content are handled.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Fayo Social is a web-based service for preparing, organizing, previewing, scheduling, and, where integrations are available and authorized, publishing social media content. Features and supported platforms may change. The service is not owned or operated by TikTok, Meta, or Instagram.

By accessing or using Fayo Social, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally permitted to use the service and to act on behalf of any organization or social media account you connect. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Access may be restricted to invited or authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Fayo Social login, using only accounts you are permitted to manage, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access with unauthorized persons.

Connecting a social media account is optional and must use the applicable platform’s authorized sign-in and consent process where supported. You control which available permissions you grant. You can revoke access through the relevant platform’s settings; some Fayo Social features will then stop working. Your use of TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and technical restrictions.

You retain the rights you hold in images, videos, captions, and other content you upload. You grant Fayo Social only the limited permission necessary to store, format, preview, schedule, transmit, and publish that content as you instruct, including transmission to the social platforms you select. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for the content and its publication.

Scheduled publishing relies on internet connectivity, valid social media authorization, third-party APIs, platform review status, rate limits, and technical availability. Fayo Social does not guarantee that every post will be published at an exact time or accepted by a platform. You should verify important scheduled posts and platform-side results. We may pause or prevent publication that risks violating applicable rules or security controls.

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Do not access or attempt to publish to accounts without the account owner’s permission.
  • Do not abuse APIs, bypass safeguards, scrape unauthorized information, distribute malware, or interfere with service security.
  • Do not use Fayo Social to violate a connected platform’s terms or applicable laws.

Fayo Social may introduce, modify, restrict, or discontinue features for operational, security, compliance, or product reasons. Where practical, material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the service or another established contact channel.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation, error-free scheduling, or specific business outcomes cannot be promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fayo Social is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party platform outages, account restrictions, or changes to their APIs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access may be suspended or ended for material violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time. Personal data and uploaded content are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. For material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
