Privacy Policy

This Policy covers Fayo Social’s website, account access, content management, and authorized social media integrations. For privacy inquiries, contact FayoSocialApp@gmail.com.

• Account information: your email address, account identifiers, and login/session information.
• Connected account information: platform names, social media account IDs, public profile details (such as usernames or display names), authorization scope, and connection status, depending on the permissions you approve.
• Authorization credentials: access and refresh tokens needed for authorized API access where the integration is enabled. We do not ask for your social media passwords.
• Content and scheduling information: images and other supported uploads, captions, drafts, destination accounts, publishing preferences, scheduled times, and posting status.
• Technical and security information: information necessary to maintain the service, investigate errors, secure sessions, and prevent misuse.

Information may be provided directly by you, generated when you use Fayo Social, or received from a connected platform when you explicitly authorize access through that platform’s approved process. We seek only the permissions and information necessary for the relevant feature.

• Authenticate users and maintain account security.
• Connect authorized social media accounts and maintain their integration status.
• Store, preview, organize, schedule, and transmit content according to your instructions.
• Record publishing outcomes, investigate failures, improve service reliability, and prevent misuse.
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests and meet applicable obligations.

Where applicable, processing may be necessary to provide requested services, based on your permission or consent for optional social account connections, required to comply with law, or justified by security and service reliability interests where the law permits. You can withdraw optional platform authorization, but some features will no longer function.

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, or another supported platform, we process only the data covered by the permissions you grant and the enabled integration. Content you instruct us to publish is sent to that platform and is thereafter also governed by its own privacy policy and platform settings. Platform providers independently determine how they process information on their services.

Fayo Social uses hosting, authentication, database, and media-storage services to operate the application, including Vercel and Supabase where configured. We may share the minimum necessary information with these service providers and with a connected social media platform to perform your requested action, or disclose information when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect account information, connected credentials, and private media. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Hosting and platform providers may process information in countries outside your own; where relevant, such processing must comply with applicable transfer and data-protection requirements. Specific storage regions and transfer arrangements should be confirmed before public launch.

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide authorized services, maintain security, resolve incidents, or meet legal obligations. If you disconnect a platform, its permission can also be revoked through that platform’s account settings. You may request deletion of your Fayo Social account data and stored content, subject to lawful retention requirements. The operator must publish any additional fixed retention periods that apply before public launch.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to be informed about data processing, request access to or correction of personal data, obtain a copy, request deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with a competent authority. We will assess and respond to requests according to the law that applies to your information.

Fayo Social uses session-related technology necessary to authenticate users and maintain secure access. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added, this Policy and any required consent choices must be updated before their use.

Fayo Social is designed for people authorized to manage social media content and is not directed at children. Connected social media services and external websites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

We may revise this Policy when features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The revised date will appear at the top, and notice will be provided where required.
